I pushed the code of netman-gtk3:
https://git.devuan.org/aitor_czr/netman-gtk3/tree/master
It's just started.
Go to "Active Wifis" and click on the "Scan" button.
You need to install the backend of netman.

I will not use Anjuta. I will use a text editor (emacs, geany...) and
glade separately.
