version.bind. 0 CH TXT "dnsmasq-2.61"

I've been using OpenDNS with nxdomain to filter out their annoying
brain-dead NXDOMAIN mangling. however I
I'm starting the release process for dnsmasq 2.64 by making a first
release candidate, please check that it works for you: finding problems
now is much better than finding them later.
