tried to extend default Debian NetworkManager Wifi hotspot dnsmasq
configuration:
18240 ?S 0:00 /usr/sbin/dnsmasq --conf-file=/dev/null --no-hosts
--keep-in-foreground --bind-interfaces --except-interface=lo
