I've disables the manual page item source altogether. It's not
unreasonable to ask people to manually type out a command like "ls" or
"gnome-open" when looking for a man page.

Can you verify that this happens when the Skype plugin is the ONLY
plugin enabled? I can't seem to reproduce this on my box. Skype plugin
works as expected for me.
It would also help if I could see the full output from gnome-do --debug.

But I think, this plugin should be completely rewritten.
Query for all bookmarks is a bad idea - Del.icio.us blocks requests (err503) if
they are generated too frequent.

When trying to open the preferences page for the "Files and Folder"
plugin, just a blank page shows up (See attached image). And further no
files or folders are indexed
This isn't important enough to me to mess with for a significant amount
of time, basically this works for twitter but some reason identi.ca's
verification XML is coming back missing some data so authoization fails
for identi.ca. I've pushed a branch for anyone who wants to fix this.
