Now that we have %page-number-restart% working properly in JadeTex, there
are problems with TOC and LOT entries. They need to be prefixed with their
section number.
Attached is a patch to dbautoc.dsl (Norm's latest version, it might not
apply to what, say, RedHat is shipping).

you could do worse than look at the book "The LaTeX Web Companion",
Addison Wesley, 1999 (Goossens, Rahtz, et al); that has a chapter on
TeX4ht, which is (IMHO) the best solution

I have updated to Norm Walshes' latest DSSSL stylesheets and backed out all
my changes.
Then I enabled the authorblurb in the book-titlepage-verso-elements, but
the authorblurb does not come out.
Has anyone got any ideas why?

I also had many problems to compile jade utilities on SunOS 5.6 (Solaris
2.5).
Finally, I succeded using gcc 2.8.1 and openjade 1.3.
