Using jade i don't get any bookmarks
You have to put a jadetex.cfg file, containing something like:
\hypersetup{bookmarks=true}
For your convenience, sgml2x takes care of this and other things.

If you want to use db2latex, don't use it's README file for installing
instructions. db2latex is now standalone package which is not copied
into DocBook XSL stylesheets. If you copy it there, it won't
work.

It's working -- but with several errors:
1. qandasets have empty xsl templates -- no output is generated
2. german language setting (lang=de) is not honoured (e.g. chapter
namings, parskip and parindent
Hi all,
I'd like to check the spelling of my german docboook sources. On a thread on
this list a while ago aspell was recommended. I found Windows binaries on the
web and also german dictionaires for Suse Linux. English dictionaries work. I
installed the german dictionaries with the makefile

XSL (sorry I didn't say). Yes, I'd appreciate a hint on how to modify
the template
Using:
- DocBook XML 4.2.cr1-1
- DocBook XSL 1.50.1-EXP2
- xsltproc (libxml 20421, libxslt 10017, libexslt 708)
OR
saxon 6.4.4
Given the following minimal test file (processed with default
XSL stylesheets - not customized):
?xml version='1.0' encoding='ISO-8859-1'?
!DOCTYPE article PUBLIC
Don't let that stop you - just declare the params in your customization:
xsl:param name=generate.set.toc/
xsl:param name=generate.book.toc/
