The reason I'm using OVERRIDE YES is because I couldn't get PSGML to find the dtd when using http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.2/docbookx.dtd";> Now when I tried it without OVERRIDE YES, it works. It seems my catalog file was broken from the beginning. I think xml:base was set to "." .
