I've implemented a three-celled header as described at

left cell contains a graphic, while the right one contains the name of the

As I understand it, the ability to make a pdf commentable by Acrobat
Reader users (as opposed to full Acrobat users) is a proprietary thing
that Adobe controls. I.e. it's a feature they use to convince you to buy
Acrobat Pro or another Adobe product rather than using a free

a mate found a solution for the problem with the table cells. Because the
tag doesnt support chr(10)
I had to enclose the text with the tag. That supports the
line brakes.

Okay, then two follow-up questions:
1. Did you want the information on the page after the front cover?
2. When you try copying and pasting the files into your system and
create a PDF, do you actually see the release info show up?

Thanks Kells.. The problem seemed to have been with XSL 1.69.1. It works
for 1.72.0. However my xsltproc complains about 1.72.0 when processing
html. Thanks again. I will test some more on 1.72.0. You're the
