[docbook-apps] Header and Footerlines in article

Hello List, actually it looks like after processing DocBook to PDF the result has on the top and on the bottom a vertical line. Does anyone knows where these lines are coming from? I would like to doesn't use it on the titlepage. I read http://www.sagehill.net/docbookxsl/HTMLTitlePage.html but

Hi Sascha, I suspect you meant horizontal lines, not vertical. The header and footer lines are controlled by two stylesheet params: header.rule and footer.rule. Set those params to zero to turn off the lines. http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/doc/fo/header.rule.html More de

Hi Janice, I have similar issues not sure if your first issue is the same, I have had problems with the toc as my generate.section.toc.level and chuck.section.depth were not in sync (I have set them both at 5 now). Also, when creating a set, I include the same xml document (with an id) in dif
