Unfortunately, when I had the same task (ancient guides in Word format and
introducing DocBook in our project), I finally had to do it just like this -
Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V. My research showed that you would still have to reformat
document after it had been converted using some existing tools.

I fear that it would be a step beyond my technical abilities. If I find
