for more information
about this issue. You need to find out which image file is causing the error.
The most common solution is to simply run that image file through ImageMagick.

I do recall 'prompting' the IE user to get/install the svg viewer from
Adobe. Not sure if that's still available. Then the reader would know
something was amiss.
SVG is so much better than bit-mapped though.

I don't see this in Stayton's book or in the definitive guide. Is it
possible display to the definition of a term in a pop-up window in
either PDF or HTML?
Thanks

Thanks to Tom for pointing me in the right direction but it has exposed

This is pretty basic but I don't readily see the answer in Stayton's
book, and I'm new to DocBook.
I don't want to ever hyphenate words so how do I set that globally? Can
it be set in root.properties?
Thanks

I read that. It doesn't help. I'm not interested in logic that turns
hyphenation on for some things and off for others.

note that the first invocation is virtually identical to the second one,

there is no such file anywhere.
my question is: why is xsltproc looking for this file?
I don't mention it anywhere, I don't even know what is supposed to be in it.
