We try another way: using an index and adding a number before the text to get
the right order. Lets see if our customers accept this or really want a "list
of remarks" instead of a "index of remarks" ... :-)

with the parameter "column.count.index" you can specify the number of columns
for all indexes.
But is it possible to define this number specific for different indexes?
E.g.: "" with 1 column and "" with 2 columns?

we want to generate for special elements - for example for all "remark"
elements - an separate "list of ..." like "list of content", "list of tables"
(in this case a "list of remarks"), ...
For "index" it's easy to generate a custom index, but how to generate a new
"list of ..."?

we now solve this problem by overwriting the "process.image.attributes"
template for HTML generation.
We do not copy all of the content, because we only need processing for width
and height.

I need some help with displaying SVG images in IE7 (with the Adobe SVG plugin).
The Adobe plugin needs a "height='100%'" attribute in the ""
HTML tag. Otherwise it uses a default height and most of the SVG images are
truncated. This height cannot be given by CSS
But we did not find a way
