OK, so that wasn't quite what I'd done. I didn't really want to add zip's folder to my path as I'm not using it for anything else, so I was actually running it by doing set zip=\Info-Zip\zip232xn\zip.exe then not doing zip -r -X mybook.epub mimetype META-INF OEBPS but actually doing %zip% -
