I am using the following code to generate footnotes
The XML source for this book along with all the ancillary files
(Ant build files and others) are available on Github at https://github.com/caraya/docbook-epub";>https://github.com/caraya/docbook-epub
it produces the following HTML using the lat
I fixed the missing id on footnote. Try it now with the latest snapshot.
