A bit more information on the problem with rootid: The problem only appears when using the htmlhelp and javahelp scripts. The standard HTML an HTML chunker work fine with this parameter.

Sounds like you have a W/F document so it has no ID values. I've recently changed from using id() to key() to avoid this problem, maybe I'll try to get a release out today.
