BTW, opening "File > Save As Template" opens the Template Manager, in
which the Tango icon set is used. This with Galaxy set on the UI.

Hi Peter
I've had a look as I'm also doing the Writer preface. I've commented on
all the suggested changes I've made. These are mostly to bring it into
line with what I've done in Writer. Do let me know if they're ok, as
I'll alter Writer if things are sufficiently different.

p.206. Section headings are described as blue. I'm reading this in xpdf
and they are green! Not even cyan, definitely green.
p.208. Spacing. It is customary to include some "space above"... Does
he mean "space below"?
p.222, first para. ...header and footers... should be ...header and
footer...
OO and LO always performed like that, AFAIK.
