Hi :) Yes, i think that is the right place for the Base Handbook sign-out sheet.  You can register yourself for the wiki.  It's not something done by Admins so it's quite different from ODFAuthors and other places.  I think Login/Register is at the top right of the page Regards from Tom :)

Hello, I'd suggest adding some info. here on how one adds/structures "see..." and "see also" index cross-references. "See also" references must be combined with one or more like entries, and hopefully Writer can handle these correctly because there is no format dialog for including cross-refer
