VERY IMPORTANT
Whoever does the publishing will need to set up a new account, whether at
Lulu or somewhere else. I will not be turning over my account to anyone
else, or allowing anyone else to use it.
SOME BACKGROUND

I have tested A5. It is too small for this purpose. The reduction in font

Obviously, the easiest solution is to have someone with a Mac shrink the
pages, after they or someone else (such as Olivier) has done some necessary
pre-processing. Olivier or whoever can then do the rest of the publishing
process.
I will write separately about pre-processing and the rest of the p
Hi Jean
I'll take over this task, but will glad to handover to another team
member and be the Plan B.
I've added the 7.4 covers and a draft master document to the WIP folder.
Spreadsheet updated.

In the last 2 days I changed the UI to the Notebook bar.
Naturally, I found myself dizzy like a drunk cockroach(*).
The access to style is obscured and I could not find the full Search and
replace dialog, except by typing Ctrl+H.
I'll keep trying, anyway.

else takes this over who does not use a Mac. I will explain.

Hi Jean
I missed the list restart as it was not visible in the chapters. I am

The extra space in images escaped my sight.

Hello Jean
I have checked the Impress guide against my copy and there are formatting
errors galore. Definitely ruins the look of what should be a well presented
book. The Draw Guide is the same.
Is there a difference between the template used to create the chapters and the
