I finished the second review of chapter 13.
As I have not much knowledge of macro's so I didn't check them, but I
suppose Zachary and Jean did that thoroughly.
So I mainly checked for type errors, correct buttons and menu's and
style.
I only made a few minor changes. My version of the document
