That does not sound as a docs bug to me, but it's the functionality you
are wondering about. So closing this bug.
My advice would be to seek support at first hand at e.g.

Also, vino is an obsolete tool; see this do

for 21.04 seem incomplete or incorrect.
See attached screenshot.
A fresh minimal install was done.
vino was installed using apt in terminal.
vm was rebooted.
screen sharing is not showing up as docs
