Looks like there are still a couple of bugs and blueprints to fix + I
need to rename and merge some of the newly added method/preconditioner
access functions. And they need a bit of testing by others.
But let's release as soon as we can, early this/next week.

I just added a bug(blueprint) for me to fix for the wrapping of the solver
listings. But that can wait until after the release.
