They will only pay for one event, so they will put both events together and there may be a delta that needs to be paid. The business case is already built, now they need this person to do high level requirements gathering: Current & Future state analysis documentation, including swim lines in Visio and once those are reviewed and approved they’ll need this person to do more granular, detailed requirements gathering.
