  *REQUIREMENT*


eDataforce Consulting LLC , a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation
services, seeks *Business Systems Analyst *for our preferred client in Nevada
in Las Vegas. location.

If selected, candidate is expected to relocate to the Las Vegas, NV area,
if not currently living in the area. Position requires full-time onsite
participation. *Working remotely will not be an option.*

*Description:*

A minimum of eight (8) years in the Information Technology field.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, *plus a minimum two (2) years of
experience eliciting, validating and documenting functional system
requirements to identify information, procedures decision flows and User
Acceptance Testing, training and data migration.*

Knowledge and use of requirement collection and capture techniques
including two(2) or more of the following:
Use Case diagraming
Swim-lane diagraming
Fishbone diagraming
Pareto Charting
Flow Chart diagraming
Wireframing
Developing and documenting requirements in a USE CASE
Experience in defining requirements for COTS systems
Experience in producing three (3) or more of the following IT project
artifacts:
End-user requirements:
Flow Narratives and Charts
Desktop Procedure Guides
Definition and content: Report development
User manuals and other technical guide illustrations
User Acceptance Testing materials
Training of individuals
Documenting and assessing business processes & business rules, Preparing
business process maps and high-level work flows, methodology and business
workflow
Experience re-engineering business processes
Experience with "To-Be " Process changes
Experience identifying and assessing alternatives
Experience working with public sector (Government) entities
Experience as an agent of change, assisting organizations and staff
transition away from a long standing legacy system

Experience with
*all phases of the SDLC; e.g., Requirements Analysis, Design,
Development/Implementation, Testing & MaintenanceExperience with Visio,

Proficient analytical skills to evaluate information gathered from multiple
sources, consolidate details and extract to functional requirements

*Duties: *
Identify business requirements of CMS end-users and stakeholders to
determine configuration solutions attainable through application
implementation
Gather and document data and other requirements to meet project requirements
Create workflow documentation associated with each new application process
Create business process documentation used to create business logic
Work with end-users through the elaboration process by collecting and
analyzing feedback
Create detail data migration and test plans
Create training plans and documentation
Maintain and communicate accurate status of work performed
Ability to prepare clear, concise and detailed requirement and design
documentation
