*Relevant Experience* *(in Yrs)* 8 to 10 Years *Technical/Functional Skills* · Proven experience in leading workshops to identify requirements, provide solutions and validate design/configuration · strong experience as Functional Analyst or onsite delivery role · Hands-on experience of Teamcenter 10x,11x · Administration/Support/Implementation/Upgrade projects · Must have knowledge of Teamcenter modules and integration platforms · Functional understanding of Item & BOM Management, Compliance Management, Change Management and Manufacturing Process · Investigation and validation of current business processes to identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, and inefficient workflows that could be improved. · Proficient in prototyping solutions and product presentations. · Creation of professional quality presentation, Requirement, Functional Design, and Process flow documentation *Experience Required* · Total 8-10 years of experience in Team center · At least 2 year of experience as Functional Analyst · Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers · Extremely good articulation and presentation skills. · Process oriented and be able to follow best practices suggested by product vendors *Roles & Responsibilities* · The primary responsibilities for the Teamcenter Functional Analyst will include o Conduct requirements gathering sessions, prepare functional specifications in consultation with the business teams. o Prepare As-Is and To-Be documentation o Prepare extraction requirements o Understand downstream integrated applications and functionalities o Facilitation of meetings to define use cases and detail functional specification o Work with team to prepare blueprinting’s. o Provide proof of concept(POC) if required o Provide demos to users as and when required *Generic Managerial Skills* · Should have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with others at all levels. · Ability to collaborate and influence in a highly matrixed team environment · Ability to foster a positive and constructive relationship with customers, peers, and team members *Work Location* Onsite at Boyce, USA *Regards,* *Atul Sharma* *IT -recruiter* *a...@idctechnologies.co* <ashw...@idctechnologies.com>*m * *Direct: 408.418.5778 EXT 3033*
