Duration: 4+ Months *Job Description (IF)* Application Management Senior Analyst, He will be responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, and resolution of issues for a client’s portfolio of web application servers. In addition, you will perform requested web application server upgrades including planning, scheduling, coordination, and deploying. Responding to Tivoli, Wily and Sitescope alerts and participating in MIM calls. We are looking for a team member that is passionate about Application Support and providing a high level of customer service on a continual basis. Willing to work in 24x7 shift model *Role Responsibilities* Performs release, deployment, change, and configuration management activities in partnership with infrastructure and web development partners and 3rd party vendors. Triages, manages, resolves and documents issues and events related to web servers and environment availability Monitors the availability of web servers and acts as a resolver of issues that occur Executes problem management processes when required and leads root cause analysis Provide guidance and technical advice Responsible for the technology environment and understanding of business functions Manage knowledge management and dissemination of knowledge within the project *Requirements* 5-6 years of experience for WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server, WebLogic Application Server, Oracle Application Server, IHS/OHS/iPlanet, Apache Tomcat, IIS, .NET, Sterling NDM Provide support during required business hours with on call rotation outside of business hours Hands-on experience with supporting all Web environments and technologies Service Provider Experience providing service to our clients Experience with service transition methodologies and onboarding customer projects/engagements Experience working with Service Management Tools like OPAS Remedy or similar Ability to lead project teams and manage resources to complete project tasks Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and drive execution under tight timelines Ability to proactively identify and manage risks and issues Excellent written and oral communication *Preferences* BE/B.Tech/MCA from a reputed university. Minimum 5 years of experience.
