*Job Title : PeopleSoft Consultant* *Location : Horsham, PA (near Philadelphia)* *Duration : 6+Months* *Interview : phone/Skype then f2f. (Better if local candidate.)* *Summary: *This position functions within an Agile team to support, develop and implement creative solutions using PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleSoft FCM and PeopleTools technologies. This position requires an in depth understanding of business functions and interpretation of such for the creation and enhancement of programs from concept to delivery. This individual will apply professional knowledge in the execution of development and configuration tasks, as well as collaborate in shared responsibilities within the team or at times across the organization. *Essential Functions:* Provide hands on technical leadership with the installation and management of PeopleSoft HCM and FCM · Provide technical assistance with the internal and external interfaces to/from PeopleSoft · Provide troubleshooting services to support any technical or functional issues · Provide development services for enhancements/changes · Provide technical guidance related to database and operating system plans *Education and Experience* · Bachelor's degree required in Information Technology, Information Systems or related curriculum, · 5+ years experience required in all aspects of PeopleSoft Technologies *Knowledge/Skills/Abilities* · Extensive experience implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleSoft FCM and PeopleTools on a Windows / SQL Server platform · Position requires both functional and technical knowledge with ability to gather and write requirement and technical design specifications from which applications and/or technical solutions can be developed that satisfy documented business /functional requirements and ensure solutions are flexible and extensible · Designs, build, and validate detailed solutions to ensure products are thoroughly tested prior to delivery; utilizing experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQRs, Application Engine, Workflow, Payroll Interface (ADP), BI Publisher, Integration Broker, and SQL Server · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Ability to independently coordinate with appropriate teams to resolve issues such as LAN, Security, and DBA *Ankush Nirala* *Boson Systems* *340 S Lemon Aven#6094* *Walnut, CA 91789* *ank...@bosonsys.com <ank...@bosonsys.com>* *Contact +1 (818) 665 7280*
