*Position : SAP Project Manager * *Location : **Lake Forest, IL* *Duration : 5-6 Months * *Interview: Phone / Skype (F2F if Locals)* Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus. 1) birthday 2) last 3 digits of social security number 3) all contact information *Make sure your candidates have the following:* 1) PMP 2) SAP 3)Trackwise *Job Description* · The candidate will serve the role of Sr. Program/Project Manager for the Enterprise Applications Management (EAM) IT Organization and will be responsible for managing multiple application solution projects in the Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics area. · The PM will provide end to end project management through all phases Initiate to Close. · The candidate will have proven project management experience and will be capable of leading a team to build detailed work breakdown schedules, build resource plans, manage financial accruals and estimates, manage technical risks, create mitigation strategies, and build strong communication plans. · The PM will be capable of providing detailed instruction at the team level in addition to providing clear, concise, and holistic updates to the stake holders of the project(s). · The role will center around a specific Trackwise/SAP project space. This position will be for a hands on Program Manager to take over project execution of an in flight Trackwise project and participate in ongoing senior leader program discussions regarding program strategy and direction. · The role to assume the responsibilities of the existing project manager and additionally serve as a program level leader to senior leaders for Trackwise initiatives. · The description above describes the project level responsibilities. In this project manager role, this candidate must be able to drive, hold others accountable, and at times micro-manage daily tasks of others is a requirement. · The candidate must be able to manage and drive a team to a published schedule. · The project manager existing resource will still be on site and available for assistance, consult, and tasks in order to speed ramp-up time. · Additionally, the candidate must be able to present at senior level leadership stakeholder meetings, manage senior level business partners discussions, and participate in strategic discussions regarding both the active project and Trackwise strategic direction. *Job Responsibilities* · Author and manage project schedules including key deliverables, milestones, dependencies and resource allocations in a matrix environment · Manage issues and risks and work cross-functionally to facilitate resolution · Manage program and or project budget, scope and critical path · Use appropriate resources, tools and techniques to deliver projects on time, within budget and to achieve project objectives · Coordinate project activities to monitor, evaluate and control project performance to ensure the project is progressing toward the delivery of the product, service or result · Management knowledge in Trackwise and SAP systems is required. Knowledge of medical industry SLDC practices are required. Excellent communication and presentation skills required. PMP certification is recommended. · Ability to drive schedules daily and hold others accountable. Experience in Trackwise and SAP projects. Ability to provide clear summary of activities to senior leadership. Ability to update and drive to a schedule. Ability to communicate.
