Please find below job description if you feel comfortable please revert with updated resume, ,Visa Status and Expected Rate and contact details ASAP *Role: People Soft HCM 9.2 Consultant* *Location: San Francisco, CA * *Duration:** 6+ Months* *Job Description* • Assist UCSF Health HR and HRIS to capture functional requirements for Manager Self-Service rollout for recruitment (Talent Acquisition Manager and Candidate Gateway) • Perform impact analysis, design and develop customizations required by business for TAM, Candidate Gateway and core HCM. • Integrate PeopleSoft HCM with UCSF’s single sign-on solution My Access. • Design and implement TAM manager access PeopleSoft security conforming to UCSF IT security procedures. • Document customizations and change requests in the customization register, technical design and unit test documents following UCSF IT documentation specifications and standards. • Perform unit and system testing of TAM, core HCM modules and document test results. • Develop PeopleSoft reports and data feeds required by third party applications and other internal applications. • Provide User Acceptance testing support, assist in preparing end user training guides and assist in conducting demos and training prior to rollout. • Assist UCSF team for Go-Live support. • Participate in Weekly Status calls and all project meetings as required. • Support production system during the post go-live warranty period of four weeks. • Assist UCSF team in production support tasks, including, but not limited to mass uploads, adhoc report requests, process monitoring and troubleshooting, applying patches and fixes including the latest Oracle PUM image release.
