Lead group discussions and engage staff from all functional areas of the
client’s business, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing, in
one-on-one and group settings

Engage client staff to define, refine, validate, and document business
requirements

Map client business requirements to potential technology-based solutions,
and identify opportunities for additional process improvements





*Core Deliverables*

Provide high-quality solutions and deliverables within defined timelines:

Produce a needs assessment as a result of stakeholder group meetings

Develop and execute a solutions strategy plan

Provide end-to-end solution details

Develop project proposals, plans, and timelines, including estimates of
client and staff effort required for completion

High level status reports



*Requirements:*

Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or
similar, with a demonstrated business focus or a Bachelor’s degree in
Business Management with a demonstrated technology focus

Demonstrated experience applying technology in a business setting

Demonstrated experience with State RFI/RFP processes

Demonstrated ability to organize and manage large amounts of detailed
information

Demonstrated customer focus
