*Relevant Experience (in Yrs)* Overall 10 Years of IT Experience with Minimum 5 years of Experience in MDM as a Business Analyst *Overview* For a multi-year transformation program, the customer is seeking an experienced partner to provide system integration services that will ensure successful implementation of a multi-year transformation program that follows SAFe agile to implement a COTS PAS and Billing platform in the customer environment. TCS is standing up a new team to provide services to this program. *Experience Required* · Overall 10 Years of IT Experience with Minimum 5 years of Experience in MDM/Master Data Management as a Business Analyst · Experience in MDM/Master Data Management and possess skills to work closely with business and IT to understand, interpret, and develop user stories · Experience in Agile delivery model · Participating in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, story refinement/backlog grooming, sprint planning and sprint demos/reviews · Analytical skills for user story development, breakdown, and refinement as well as backlog prioritization · Soft skills to effectively facilitate both team and stakeholder discussions · Must have strong communication skills, written and spoken *Functional Skills / Responsibilities* · Responsible for performing analysis to enable the business integration of the MDM application into the enterprise · Works with Product Owners and Business Architects to decompose Epics into features and user stories and articulate personas, market and business needs · Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, story refinement/backlog grooming, sprint planning and sprint demos/reviews · Work closely with business and IT to understand, interpret, and develop user stories. · Understand customer and business needs and identifies areas where business processes can be optimized to better serve those needs · Effectively facilitate both team and stakeholder discussions *Duration of assignment * *Min 12 Months* *Work Location * Portland, Maine (Onsite) *Regards,* *Atul Sharma* *IT -recruiter* a...@idctechnologies.com <ashw...@idctechnologies.com> *Direct: **408.418.5778* *EXT 3043*
