Sterling’s IT Department provides a professional and experienced atmosphere in a casual, enjoyable work environment. *About the Position:* This position is for those who are capable of creating the most complex programs in development projects as well as maintaining support for existing solutions. Communication skills are also important as those filling this role are responsible for translating business requirements into effective and efficient systems for small stand-alone projects as well as sub-systems for enterprise software; ability to create detail design documentation with system specifications and architecture diagrams are also needed.
