*REQUIRED SKILLS*:
*Vast experience with Ruby on Rails
In-depth knowledge of coding in a high level language for the web.
Vast experience with JAVA, Struts, JSP, JDBC
Vast experience with MVC patterns
Hands on knowledge of Web 2.0 frameworks (prototype, etc)
Hands on knowledge of an application server such as Tomcat, JBoss,
Websphere, or WebLogic
Hands on knowledge of Oracle Development (including developing packages,
procedures, functions), PL/SQL
Hands on knowledge of Apache
Hands on knowledge of database design involving OLTP applications
Hands on knowledge of implementing business system solutions with regard to
application architectures, development tools and application engineering

methods/practices.
Hands on knowledge with business systems analysis and modeling including
workflow analysis.
Hands on knowledge of information engineering, state engineering, knowledge
engineering, object engineering methods, tools, languages and environments.
(includes

data modeling, data security, data management and repository management)
Working knowledge of network topologies and protocols.
In depth knowledge of user interface design, process design, data
distribution techniques.
Hands on knowledge of business systems computing (design, development and
implementation) at a subsystem scope for well-defined business problems.
