Job Description: Job Title UX Designer (Sr. or Mid-Level)
Job Description
Leads and assists in the creation of Information Architecture (IA,)
Interaction Design (IxD;) wireframing and prototyping for the design and UX
of Enterprise Applications.
Job Specific Responsibilities
Work well and communicate effectively with diverse teams of IT, other UX
team members, internal business groups and project stakeholders
Participate in all phases of the product development life cycle, including
product ideation and definition, and UI design
Present design recommendations via decks, wireframes and interactive
prototypes
Maintain UX best practices and pattern consistency
Assist in developing and maintaining UI library
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, CHI or equivalent.
At least 2 years experience in experience centered design including
wireframes, prototyping and user flows required
At least 1 year experience in designing interactive, high trafficked web
and mobile applications
*At least 2 years experience in software tools for creating design
deliverables: Axure with IxD (preferred), OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Sketch and
Adobe Creative Suite, At least 1 year experience in using a variety of
platforms such as Windows, Mobile (iOS and Android), Web and Mac
technologies*
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years experience in defining information architecture and
interaction design for complex software or web applications and/or
significant websites
At least 2 years experience in defining information architecture, or
interaction design for web and application development
Financial App experience
User Interviews
Prototyping and iterating
Bonus

An Enterprise UX portfolio of attractive web and mobile application
