The .Net Developer must effectively balance: - At least ten years of experience in Net Framework 2.0 to 4.5.1 using C# language. - Minimum eight year' experience in ASP.NET MVC 3.0 and above. - At least three year' experience in MS SQL Server (T-SQL) 2008 onwards. - Minimum five year' experience in designing schemas. - Minimum five year' experience in ADO.NET. - Experience in Window Communication Foundation (WCF). - Experience in various Software Design Patterns. - Ownership of technology design and development in the State. - An ability to understand the complexity of a large integrated system and to trace problems to their source. - Work cooperatively with other Team Members including Team-Leader/Manager, Developers, Testers, Designers and others - Experience with Team development processes and methodologies - Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology, 10 plus years of experience in programming using 3rd generation languages. Desired Skills/Experience In addition to the above, this individual should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster and ensure cooperation and coordination among the various partners. - Knowledge of JQuery, Angular JS, Bootstrap and JSON is a plus - Good problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems; possesses an excellent understanding of business requirements and IT strategies. - Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships. This focus requires the capability to build trust and nurture relationships with partners while maintaining the project momentum and progress. - Good communication skills with the ability to communicate (verbally and written) to all levels of the business.
