*Position: Solution Architect with experience in call centers and Genesis* *Location: NYC, NY* *Duration: 6+ months*
*Description:* Seeking a Solution Architect with experience in call centers for financial institutions who will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, designing architectural and system roadmaps and driving and mentoring a team of very experienced resources. The candidate must have strong experience working with skill based routing utilizing Genesis and experience with Contact Center. The ideal candidate will be fanatical about getting a job done and done right and will work successfully with little guidance from the top. The candidate must be available to work onsite 5 days a week at the client office.
