Thanks for the answers! After that I added the ".NET Configuration" snap-in into MMC as Henrik described, I saved this console setting as mscorcfg.msc on my desktop --> renamed the old (bad) one --> moved the new mscorcfg.msc to the original place (C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705) N

Dear All, I have problems with one tool of the .NET: I am not able to start the Microsoft .NET Framework Configuration program (C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705\mscorcfg.msc). I am logged in as an Administrator, but when I try to run this MMC program --> nothing happens. (I have WinXP
