Well, I've been doing some research, and it seems that msoutlook 2016 and 2019 doesn't quite have imap idle support. The odd part, is that when i had DBMail, it was IDLE'ing (i swear), Would dbmail send something different that make it work? It was an old version of dbmail, 2.3.7 i believe, from
