If you mean the INSTALL.txt (IIRC) from the postfixadmin .tarball, I had gone through that and a couple other guides. I filed a bug with Ubuntu because they don't include it in the installed documents. I'm doing a "clean" rebuild right now to verify my documentation and make sure I didn't miss
