It seems that deleting all files from Maildir with name begining with
dovecot , will fix this issue.
Ex :
rm ~/Maildir/dovecot*
Those files will be recreated by dovecot (dovecot-keywords ,
dovecot-uidlist ,dovecot.index , etc )and from now on , the thunderbird
