Just a few thoughts. We might track File/Folder Activities in the EditorManager
and remove affected editors from the pool, so this should prevent the file
"ping pong". Of course this simple approach will not work because the shared
state is determined per project base (leaving out partial sharin

problem is and how it can be fixed. In fact the solution "a singleton" approach
does not reflect the problem very well.
