Thanks. I've reinstalled the 3.1.8 and that will hold me till this gets
resolved. I know there aren't that

The thing is I'm running Windows 98SE. Nothing else I've ever installed has
complained about needing administrator permissions. Is there a way around
this?

Hi Rene,
I had a problem with the helper DDL not installed properly. (Win98 SE)
I downloaded the file to the hard drive this time, instead of letting it
install from the site, closed the browser and reinstalled. Now it works
and doesn't complain.
