Okay attached is what I have so far. Haven't tested it yet so it might
have a glaring error or two. Haven't had as much time to figure it out as
I thought I would and probably won't the next couple days as my laptop is
about to go down due to bad power cord and dead battery.

Hey, great, you had me worried.
So maybe we should go and add it to the installer. I have time to work
with it today and tomorrow. We can have the installer log the current
status of the explorer.exe key and then set it to 0 if they person
agrees. I'm not sure how detecting windows version works

should probably add a prompt to the installer and have it execute
this key change, maybe only if SP2 is installed.
I tried to send a registry or a zipped registry file but sourceforge has
stringent listserv attachment policies apparently.

Does anyone else have problems running dictionarypop?
I have been getting a popup message reading :
Error executing web service, Client service unavailable, null.
Instead I use

Looks like Extensio (formerly MyBubble.com) took down our web service
and added a slightly modified version to Extensio.com. I've posted the
necessary changes to CVS. We should probably do a new DP release soon as
I think the old version is permanently broken.

if it stops working chances are the IP address for the domain changed and
you'll have to get the new one (do a `ping` command on the address)

I modified GoogleSpell quick and dirtily so that it uses popups
notifications instead of alerts too. It seems to work except you can't
cut-and-paste from pop-ups so it doesn't work to put the corrected word

Heh heh, I guess I should have requested CVS write access a while ago
but I think I'm done now.

This search file was initially created by
search, please be aware that this search will probably
not work as is and will require some human inspection and modification.
