so we at DQSD should probably hold off until they do.
I say this because even their own taskbar toolbar for Windows Media Player
is broken as well as the taskbar toolbar for iTunes.

Confirmed. Here is what i did to reproduce this on my box. I had the latest build of DQSD installed over a IE 7 B2 install. I had not uninstalled DQSD to install the new beta of DQSD simply installed it over. Everything was working as well as it should. So to test John's problem I uninstalled IE 7

be able to correct the other issue
Kim, I cant speak for everyone but I for one would welcome a first step fix in this like you have detailed. It would be nice to return those security settings to normal and run DQSD. I see what you mean about the address bar in the about window, and I am afraid I dont have much in the way of advice
