Hello all, I put a TR4 noise blanker into my TR4c. Before it gets fully warmed up, the received audio is "garbly". It seems to work OK only after a LONG warmup period after being switched "ON". If I leave the NB switch "OFF" and warm up the rig for an hour or two, then turn the NB "ON", it STILL

Marty - No service manual that I know of. Check supply voltages. DeoxiT the switches. Check the 74192 divide-by-N (U3) and associated control logic (U4 & U8) on the A300 Digital board. Board closest to the back. I have seen more than a few of the 74192 chips fail. Don't know why. Check t
