Yes, tweaking the trimmers for 15 and 10 might help. Tweak the osc.
trimmer as well; often this is the cause of low output due to whimpy drive on
the osc stage. All tweaking MUST be done with the slugs on the preselector rack
set EXACTLY as stated in the manual! See page 5-2. Meas
