John - KE9PQ has 12 for $25, including the small rubber bumpers, on eBay or on his site. Someone else has four for $10 on eBay. The screws are just 10-32 flat head x 1/2" long. You could maybe buy them direct from the manufacturer for less, but you'd probably have to buy 500! 73, Garey -

[Drakelist] Drake L-7 and L-4B vs. Swan Mark II?

Hi, What are the primary differences between these Drake and Swan amps? Both are 2-piece with a pair of 3-500 tubes. I suppose the Drake has higher build quality, as the market price for the Drakes is substantially higher. 73, Bill NZ5N

Bill, The Harbach SS-400 Soft-Start Module does not physicaly fit the cabinet as described in the documentation for L4B. However the rather crude electronic design does work with the L7 as the L4B and the L7 power design are quite similar. regards, LA9XKA Per At 04:23 16.04.2010, Bill Dzurilla
