[Drakelist] R4C Capacitor Replacement

I have replaced the two can capacitors in my Drake R4C (using the Hayseed Hamfest product) which has dramatically reduced the hum in the receiver audio. There is still a little bit of hum, and I have a few more electrolytics to replace (6 or 7 ). The receiver has the regulated 12 V
