I use my table saw and chop saw to cut fiberglass PC board all the
time. They cut great, true, accurate and very easily. It's a

Evan - I bit the bullet a couple of years ago and bought a hobby shear brake
for cutting PCBslittle pricey solution unless you have routine need for
doing so but I found it to be the best (for me) method of getting nice clean,
straight cuts for "Manhattan" style construction projects. Got m
A 60-tooth or 80-tooth carbide-tipped blade should do fine. It cuts
through laminate like butter, I can't imagine it binding on phenolic.
Anything less than a 60-tooth blade will probably cause splintering.
