now it works.
The module from drbd 8 was loaded. After a restart the correct module
version was displayed and all other commands are working fine.

* Nodes are created
* Storage pool is created
* Ressource definition is created
* and volume-definition is created
If I want to create the resource manually I get an error if linstor
execute
