[git pull] drm fixes

I was going to leave these for stable, but really they should go in now. The unmappable VRAM fixes a problem on evergreen cards in 2.6.36, we end up giving out memory past what the CPU can see and we get SIGBUS in userspace, this is because we don't have support for GPU to move memory around
